Hotel Delivery in Japan
When placing your order, enter your hotel address in Japan as the shipping address, not your home address overseas. Use the same guest name as on your hotel reservation for the recipient name.
Please provide the following details in the message field below so we can check your hotel delivery details:
- Hotel name
- Guest name exactly as shown on your hotel reservation
- Check-in date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Check-out date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Hotel reservation number (if available)
- Order number (if you have already placed an order)
Please confirm with your hotel that they can accept the parcel on your behalf.
